Four Atlanta teenagers have been arrested after the group jumped and killed another teen.According to published reports, Bobby Tillman was walking down a street when he was jumped by four teens for “being the next person who walked by”.
Police state that the two of the four teen men were involved in an altercation with two females, when one of the men was punched by a girl. Rather than take out his anger on the female, police say that the man threatened the next male who walked by-that happened to be Tillman.
